The Australian tablespoon
Australia's standard tablespoon is 20 mL, which is 4 teaspoons. US, UK and metric tablespoons are about 15 mL. If an Australian recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of baking powder or salt, the difference is worth adjusting for.
Weight per tablespoon
A tablespoon of salt weighs far more than a tablespoon of flour. The ingredient chart lists grams per tablespoon and per teaspoon for 80 ingredients.
