The USDA puts one US stick of butter at 113 g and one tablespoon at 14.2 g (FoodData Central, "Butter, without salt", FDC 173430). European butter is sold in 250 g blocks, which is just over 2 sticks. Butter labelled "European-style" is higher in fat but weighs the same by volume to within a gram or two.
